These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rose Peinture iOS application ("the app"). By using the app you agree to these Terms.
You may use Rose Peinture with or without an account. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
When you publish a painting to the community feed, you grant Rose Peinture a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display and distribute that image within the app to other users. You retain ownership of your artwork.
You agree not to publish content that is:
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Posts that violate these standards will be removed and repeat offenders will have their accounts terminated.
You can flag any post by tapping the ⋯ menu on the post and selecting "Report post". Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. You can also block any user to stop seeing their posts immediately.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and removes your published posts, votes, and profile permanently.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Rose Peinture is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
